We believe that financial constraints should not hinder you from receiving the care you need.
Before starting your treatment, we will provide you with a treatment plan that outlines the costs and an estimate of what your insurance may cover. Please note that these figures are approximations based on the data from your insurance company.
You will receive a monthly billing statement. Insurance companies usually process claims within four to six weeks. If your statement doesn’t reflect your insurance payment within this period, kindly contact our office. Any remaining balance post-insurance is your responsibility, and we appreciate timely payments.
We accept several different credit card payment methods, which include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also offer third-party financing options for your procedures. Payment is expected when services are provided. If you have any account-related questions, feel free to contact us. A quick phone call often resolves any confusion.
